The FUTURE LEADERS FOR THE WORLD, FLW Program, dedicated to shaping the Future Leaders for the World, will take place this year in the enchanting lakeside city of Como, Italy.
This 10 week program on the traces of Leonardo and the other Italian giants of Renaissance will take students from the classroom to some of the most spectacular open air museums that Italy has to offer. Where note books will be replaced with history, and laptops replaced with culture.
This new and exclusive Program has a clear mission; educating the visionary leaders of tomorrow as the most strategic resources for the World. The deep aim of FLW is to restore Ethics and Integrity in you as the central qualities of an impeccable leader.

It offers an inside knowledge of industry strategies and cultures on a global basis combined with a strong underpinning of key ethical life skills (Risk, Leadership, Organisational and Change Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurialism, Philosophy, Psychology of creativity, etiquette, Image, Style Therapy, Art, Music, Drama as well as vital team building activities from rafting and sailing to mountain climbing), and in addition offers essential management knowledge.
We will be encouraging you in the development of strategic and entrepreneurial vision, understanding and recognising growing global issues and challenges, reacting and responding effectively to the constant changes and demands that remain so indigenous in today’s world together with improved self-awareness and personal development appropriate to careers in the any field or industry.
Stunning cities such as Milano, Verona, Torino, Verona, Vigevano, Olympia (Greece) and Istanbul (Turkey) will set as the back drop for our classrooms.

100 FULL SCHOLARSHIPS, will be allocated to participants coming from all nations between the ages of 20-29 . The program will be conducted in the English language and therefore an intermediate command of the English language is required.
